Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• Accurate project information
• Product details
• Images and branding assets
• Timely approvals
• Shopify account access when required

Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
• Remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

Project delivery timelines depend on:

• Package selected
• Required revisions
• Timely client responses

Delays caused by missing client information are not our responsibility.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed work transfers to the client, except for third-party assets or licensed materials.

Limitation of Liability

TheEcomPatel is not responsible for:

• Shopify platform outages
• Third-party app failures
• Advertising performance
• Business losses
• Payment gateway issues
